A Family
Legacy Built
to Last

Building is in the Bosley DNA. It began with Rip Munnerlyn, who started constructing homes in Little Rock in 1948. That tradition passed to Bill Bosley, who founded Bosley Construction Inc. in 1986. Today, brothers Chip and Brennan Bosley — both University of Arkansas engineers — carry that legacy forward alongside Brennan's wife Keri and Chip's son Dillon, making us a proud 4th generation home building family.

From our earliest days on the jobsite alongside our grandfather, we learned one thing above all else: you can never care too much about the details. Chip and Brennan are on-site every day — because that's the Bosley way.
